MIGRAIN mmg dah sebati kat masyarakat kta skrgkan?so, org yg dpt pnyakit cmni oways rasa fobia & bimbang if that migrain will attack at them.SO NOW, i will share 4 EASY step to handle this problem.
1. pegi tmpat yg uols rasa gelap and feel comfy lah.and the easiest way is try jauhkan diri uols drpd suasana yg terang and bcahaya.
2. letakkan tuala yg basah dan sejuk kat dahi , kpala and your necklah.then, just relax and rehatkan mental uols.yes migrain mmg dikaitkan dgn mental and minda yg berat.so, elakkan diri uols dprd dihimpit dgn plbagai faktor dri luar.
3. just focus with happy life.forget all your problem that can make uols stress.
4. last step, dptkan tidur yg berrrrrrkualitas(berkualiti).yes i know mmg susah nak dpt tidur yg smpurana rite?so, cuba dptkan rehat dan seboleh-bolehnya tidurlah.because, when you're sleep minda akan benar-benar and bebas dari rangsangan or gangguan dri luar yg boleh meningkatkan migrain uols.
